Kéandra and Tim are licensed Realtors bringing years of experience, while we have a full-time Office Manager and full-time Marketing Manager to help better serve our clients. With our expertise in the local real estate market and our passion for helping families find their dream homes, we’re confident we can assist you every step of the way. We believe that our diversity of skills will cover each step in the transaction, all the while delivering above and beyond client care. I have been in real estate for over 34 years, before which I owned and ran Cedar Green Golf Club
for almost two decades. Following this career change, I quickly earned my Broker’s license within my first few years in the industry. I have enjoyed great success in my business ventures thanks to my strong work ethic and entrepreneurial background, but what I treasure most are the incredible friendships that I have made along the way. One of my favourite experiences is when I work with a family and years later, I help their children find their first home. Lifelong clients are incredible and what I consider one of my greatest accomplishments.

I’ve been working as a licensed real estate agent since 2017, but my experience in the industry started long before that. I began as Terry’s assistant over ten years ago, where I gained hands-on knowledge of the business—from managing paperwork to understanding the behind-the-scenes operations. That early experience gave me a solid foundation and a real appreciation for how much care and detail goes into every transaction. What I enjoy most about real estate is that no two days are ever the same. It’s a dynamic business that keeps me learning and growing. I’m also proud to be one of the few Accredited Real Estate Negotiators (AREN) in Sudbury. That specialized training helps me better represent and negotiate for my clients—whether they’re buying or selling. I truly believe that every home has its own story. Whether it’s big or small, simple or full of character, a home is where life happens. Mine, for example, is filled with pets, family, love, and a little bit of chaos.
